Meet our founder
BRAD SPIERS, MAcc
Brad is the co-owner of a very successful chiropractic practice with his wife, Dr. Stephanie! Brad has been involved with several chiropractic practice management and coaching groups throughout the years and worked with many chiropractors with many unique and varied practice models.
Brad has been in the accounting and finance industry since graduating from Miami University with a Master's of Accountancy in 2000. Holding a CPA license for 17 years ensures that Brad has the technical background, but being free from conservative bounds required of a CPA has allowed Brad to truly become a strategist on behalf of his clients.
Brad has used his insights and financial analysis to drive the decisions of all types of practices:

- Transition from high volume to boutique practice
In all of these instances, profitability was maintained and practices were shaped in the vision of their chiropractor owners!
